With over 30 years of success across the F&B (Food and Beverage), CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), manufacturing, retail, and commercial real estate industries, Ms. Crawford’s role has been strategic in running, building and monetizing companies. Having worked alongside some of the most successful entrepreneurs to help grow emerging brands into a thriving, multimillion-dollar business, Candace Crawford checks the box. “Ringing the bell is a big item off my bucket list,” says Crawford, whose advice is sought by companies striving for her cross-disciplinary leadership style.

Crawford began her career working for large companies, such as Price Waterhouse Cooper, focusing on technical finance, mergers and acquisitions, financial analyses, and comptroller work. She then moved into emerging brands and began working with entrepreneurs in the early 1990s. She credits her success with emerging brands to her background and early experiences with large corporations.

She quickly understood the dynamics of companies going public or remaining private, bankruptcy and turnaround, and early-stage growth. Her early finance experience spanned public and private debt, treasury, financial reporting, operations, and corporate accounting.
